GOCEK

Göcek hosts six significant marinas that serve the yacht tourism in the region, has a natural shelter for the yachts and is surrounded with trees on the hills. Göcek coves and the 12 islands are described as being a hidden paradise with clean Mediterranean water, green pine forests and beautiful beaches.

BOYNUZBUKU

Boynuzbükü is a large bay on the west side of gulf of Fethiye. This bay is also covered with pine trees and fruits and vegetables grown in the gardens, it is a quiet place for walking and exploring the area.

KILLEBUKU

Killebükü is a large bay lying between Boynuzbükü and Taşyaka. Along with the bay you will find church ruins and decorated stones.

BEDRI RAHMI BAY

Bedri Rahmi bay is also known by the Lycian name “Taşyaka” according to its natural beauty and historical significance. Bedri Rahmi bay is well sheltered from strong winds therefore here is a good point of anchorage.

SARSALA BAY

Sarsala bay is another preferred bay by sailors with a natural bay ideal for swimming or spending the night. An attractive bay with a long stony beach with there is a restaurant on it.

YAVANSU / KUYUCAK

There is a wooding landing stage and it is available for yachts anchorage. The reason is called Yavansu is due to the water quality coming down from the mountains as it is good for only animal watering.

MANASTIR BAY (HAMAM BAY)

Manastır bay have the ruins of a bath under the water as is also known as Cleopatra’s Bath or Sunken Bath bay. The monastery is covered with pine trees and a beautiful view from the hills to the shore.

GÖBÜN BAY / GÖBÜN ISLAND

Göbün bay cannot easily identified from a distance. The bay only as pass the opening which is entered between sheer cliffs. The bay is surrounded by olive and pine trees. At the end of the bay you will see some rock cut tombs and ruins.

DOMUZ ISLAND

The reason is called Domuz Island once upon a time there were lots of wild pigs here. Mnay yachts can be found anchoring in protected areas on the island.

TERSANE ISLAND

Tersane island is the largest island in gulf of Fethiye. A deep 100m long channel provides entry into these islands.

YASSICA ISLANDS

Yassıca islands in the gulf of Fethiye is one of the most convenient places for spending time and anchoring. The islands are covered with olive and pine trees, and are ideal for water sports enthusiasts.

GEMILER ISLAND / OLUDENIZ

The island is also known as the Island of St Nicholas. It is only small area is littered with the remains of an historic monastic retreat containing among other things the original resting place of St. Nicholas. Ölüdeniz meaning “Dead Sea” is a beach near Fethiye and the beach has been selected as the best of the world beaches in 2006 and it looks a very calm lake. Its 1st level natural sites of protection. 

EKINCIK / DALYAN - KAUNOS

It is an unspoiled nature conversation area of breathtaking beauty. Dalyan is small town on the south-western coast of Turkey. Set in the center of a broad delta whose natural beauty remains unspoilt. The ancient site of Kaunos was a valuable port trading in salt on the southern coast of Caria.  Unfortunately this great harbour has been overflowed by earthquake which destroyed most of the parts of the city.
